About the team:
As part of the Transition Management team, you will guide customers and professional services colleagues through intricate and highly customized technical implementation projects that run on private and public (AWZ/Azure) Cloud Infrastructure. You interact intuitively with all levels in the organization to analyse requirements, plan delivery, allocate resources, identify issues and opportunities, drive deadlines and report on outcomes.
What you will be doing:
Transition Manager
Planning technical delivery of environments to customers and professional services
Guiding the customer through their initial first access to their systems
Project management status reporting
Bringing technical stakeholders together as a group to drive common goals
Delivery! You’re accountable to keep the project moving and ensure systems are built as per conract
PMO Officer
Management reporting – data based PowerBI, PowerPoint $ ServiceNOW
Project process governance. Ensure all stakeholders are considered and informed about significant process change
New improvement initiatives to help us deliver faster
Internal system reporting
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Bonus if you have:
Knowledge of project management principles
Knowledge of managed services & hosting concepts
Basic AWS/Azure certificates
ITIL Knowledge
