Role Description

You will accompany challenging consulting projects regarding analysis, evaluation, specification, and implementation in the context of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accounting.

You will apply modern concepts and methodologies for analyzing, designing, and implementing reporting requirements in process and IT landscapes.

You will contribute to defining the migration strategy, accompany the necessary testing activities, and thus ensure a smooth migration.

Gradually, you will take on more responsibility for your topics as well as the leadership of (partial) projects and smaller project teams in the Finance Change domain.

In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to internal topics (e.g., conceptual development of new consulting products), develop them further, and implement your own ideas.

Skills and Expertise

You have successfully completed a university degree and at least three years of practical experience in finance change and project management

You have experience in the analysis and interpretation of national and international accounting standards (HGB, PCG or IFRS) as well as regulatory requirements

You are passionate about topics related to the financial services industry and the associated processes, financial products and data for reporting

You are a team player with very good communicative, analytical and conceptual skills

You are fluent in German and English, very good MS Office skills
