Job Description

Geo specific Sales Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Analytics

Working closely with Sales Compensation team to target the right pain point, gain business context, unearth problems, and create data backed programs to positively impact business performance

Keeping checks and balances to ensure record and data integrity in Xactly.

Lead initiatives related to QBRs and Identify opportunities for process improvement or system automation.

To support the manager in adjusting the office workflow, maintaining records and training new employees. Their duties include managing daily operations, supervising employees, and resolving internal disputes. Problem-solving skills to find solutions to challenges.

Present complex information and data in an easy-to-understand way to drive action

Qualifications

Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other similar streams.

6-9 years of experience in Business Insights function

Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Spreadsheet & Excel is required. Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Xactly, Netsuite, Power BI, AI etc

Ability to drive data backed solution in a multi-disciplinary environment and collaborate with diverse internal teams

Drive to learn, iterate and innovate and passionate about applying data analytics to solve business problems

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong team player

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
