Team EMBREY is seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT to support our Property Management team.

As a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.

Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.

Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.

Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.

Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

One year maintenance experience in property management or related field

Possession of minimum tools required

Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position type: hourly, full-time with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k); Position location: Scottsdale, AZ; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
