Role Overview:

In this role, the Data Analyst will:

Extract and analyze data from practice management software to identify trends and enhance business performance.

Work closely with stakeholders to advocate for and implement data-driven strategies.

Create dashboards and reports to support informed operational decisions.

Focus on performance optimization, leveraging analysis to improve patient experiences and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

Holds a Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Possesses at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within healthcare or a multi-location setting.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Python, or R.

Has experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Jarvis Analytics, which is strongly preferred.

Exhibits excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of dental practice management software (e.g., Jarvis Analytics, Open Dental, Eaglesoft) is highly beneficial.
