Netflix is looking for finance professionals to join our team.

This role will support the FP&A team and manage data-entry, validation, and reconciliation to build accurate financial forecasts.

This role will also contribute to reporting and financial analysis that are used to inform important business decisions.

We currently have opportunities available on the following teams: - Content FP&A All roles are based in our Manila office.

Depending on business needs and candidate background, there may be future opportunities to rotate across business functions (e.g., marketing FP&A) as needs open up.

Responsibilities:

Execute and manage data entry for forecasting and analysis

Perform data validation and reconciliation analysis

Supporting near-term and long-term P&L forecasts

Supporting key portions of the company's free cash flow forecast

Contribute to presentations and memos that can support financial and business decisions

Prior experience in financial planning & analysis or accounting is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of performing financial analysis and knowledge of the forecast submission process.

This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis

Proficiency with spreadsheet-based tools like Google Sheets or Excel

Experience with managing and analyzing large, complex data sets

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Sound working knowledge of the related accounting guidance preferred

Bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Business, Economics, or Mathematics
