Experience : 5+ years

Qualification : Diploma in Engineering

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience of around 5 years in production of Hot Forging / Extruded parts, as relevant

Should possess experience in closely monitoring special processes and output in adherence to stipulated quality standards

Should possess experience in handling Blue Collar associates

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Responsible for achieving the production targets as per plan and schedule

2. Track various processes of forging / extrusion of parts to ensure quality output

3. Ensure adherence to production, quality and maintenance norms and procedures of SFL

4. Provide support in functional activities, execution of improvement initiatives and new product development projects

5. Responsible for supervising Blue Collar associates engaged in production line
