Position Summary

Job Functions:

Maintains responsibility for day-to-day tasks of the HRIS systems, including but not limited to, working with end users in report writing, system troubleshooting, table maintenance, and data management (analysis, cleansing and integrity).

Provides production support to resolve Workday/Oracle system errors by identifying, researching, and logging issues for resolution and partnering closely with internal and/or external technical practitioners to effectuate and document resolution.

Facilitates system enhancements by assessing requests, scoping requirements, potential solutions, and executing the delivery and documentation of agreed-upon solutions.

Provides support for activities relating to testing, training, and support phases of upgrades and new implementations, as well as other HRIS projects. Coordinates user acceptance testing in connection with system configuration adjustments and implementations.

Manage full lifecycle of report development from initial solutioning to deployment, including communication and training to meet specific needs of the business.

Collaborate with users to understand and document requirements to deliver recurring, self-service and special request reporting.

Educate users on reporting capabilities and continuously seek reporting enhancements to support evolving requirements.

Provide adhoc reporting and design reports from HRIS (Workday/Oracle) system to meet specific needs of the business – build dashboards and visualizations.

Collect and compile HR metrics and data including HRIS (Workday/Oracle) and payroll outputs (ADP).

Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices and turnover.

Maintain data integrity for critical fields feeding into other systems by running various audit reports.

Partner with HR team and IT to continually improve processes, maximize productivity and support HR initiatives. Be a liaison between HR and departments that use HR data in everyday operations.

Field and prioritize incoming requests from internal customers.

Familiar with data privacy and other regulatory requirements.

Assist with global HRIS and payroll projects.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Years of Related Experience

Three or more (3+) years’ demonstrated experience with HR systems/reporting analysis.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Expert knowledge of Excel

Experience with process improvement

Knowledge of Human Resource Management software required (Workday, Oracle and ADP strongly preferred)

Previous hands-on experience with Workday is preferred.
