We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing company.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.

This position will also serve as an extension to the board of directors, executive committee members, and leadership teams with professionalism that reflects positively on the organization.

This position is required to be onsite and located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities * Support the CEO's agenda including understanding business operations, managing travel and calendars, scheduling meetings, etc.

* Welcomes guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering and directing inquiries.

* Maintaining sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion specifically decisions impacting the operations of the company.

* Screens incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages and voicemail routes to the appropriate staff.

* Serve as an extension of your executive(s) and represent them and our values to the rest of the company.

* Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.

Understand how individual work contributes to the success of the organization.

* Partner consistently and efficiently with other members of the leadership team daily and learn how the business is run; work with partners across the organization to accomplish team goals.

* Coordinates on and offsite meetings which include multiple investor conferences, education, or CEO platforms.

* Arranging hotel accommodations, managing registration, and IT coordination.

Adapting to changes and other logistics as they arise.

* Proactively schedule a high volume of critical meetings, calls, hotels, and events including employees, investors, board members, and clients.

* Performing office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and aiding with onsite and offsite activities.

* Look for and identify operational gaps and suggest improvements for the CEO to better the company.

* Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

* Create PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and special reports for meetings, presentations, and special projects.

Required Qualifications: * At least 7-10 years of Executive Assistant experience is required.

* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

* Ability to function well in a high-paced and a time demanding environment.

* Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.

* Exhibits strong interpersonal skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Extensive knowledge of clerical procedures, office administration, and calendar management.

* Adaptability and flexibility skills.

Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.

* Prior experience working with high-level executives.

Benefits for Full-Time Employees The starting salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience and includes an excellent benefits package featuring an 85% to 95% premium paid healthcare plan, 401K plan, 14 paid holidays, three weeks of paid time off, employee stock options, and more!
