About the Role
We have partnered with a US Company that will help unlock opportunities for renters and operators. We combined our expert knowledge in finance, tech, insurance, and real estate into providing access to renters and the achievement of growth for operators so both can maintain a strong, harmonious relationship with each other. Aiming to increase affordability for renters and taking “renting” standards to a whole new level.
What you’ll be working on
Place priority on the employee experience by approaching the onboarding and offboarding processes with a white-glove mindset.
Independently own and drive multiple IT projects and deliverables for the team.
Manage, process, and solve requests that come through Slack, Atlassian Assist, and Jira Service Management ticketing system, adhering to SLA requirements for responses and resolution of tickets.
Manage and support Apple, Windows, and Linux operating systems, MDM, and software.
What we’re looking for
With 1-3 years work experience
Proven Experience with macOS, Linux OS and Windows Operating Systems
Knowledgeable in Slack and Jira
Has excellent problem solving skills and is a quick learner.
Thrives on sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members
Enthusiastically offers assistance to the team and oversees the tasks
Proactively identifies opportunities for workflow enhancement
Operates with security as a primary focus.
Dependable and has a strong sense of ownership of their work and their team’s work.
