Key Responsibilities:

Role handles vendor set up and maintance.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.

Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist supporting vendor maintenance.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
