HR Officer (Office Based - Paco Manila)

Hiring: Human Resource Officer

Work location: Paco, Manila

Company: Design and Build Construction

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 PHP per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding

Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct interviews.

Handle onboarding processes, introduce company policies, and facilitate initial training.

Conduct exit interviews and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

2. Employee Relations

Manage employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, complaints, and grievances.

Collaborate with employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.

3. Performance Management

Oversee the performance management process, conducting evaluations, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.

4. Compensation

Manage the employee compensation program, ensuring fair and accurate pay.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years in human resources, recruitment, or employee relations.

Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
