About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Property Operations Specialist to join our team. Property Operations it may sound niche, but that's because it's a hybrid role designed especially for CHP. Our Property Management team is more tenant-focused, while our Property Operations is more building-focused. As a Property Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless lease administration and meticulous budget tracking for optimal property performance.

Ultimately, this role uniquely combines elements of a Lease Admin and A/P A/R Specialist/Property Accountant, with a specialized focus on lease management and budget tracking. Does this resonate with you? Then you're our unicorn.

Responsibilities:

Lease Administration:

Input lease information into Yardi software.

Verify and ensure the accuracy of lease data.

Review monthly tenant billings for accuracy and make adjustments as needed.

Assist Property Operations Manager in generating monthly billing statements.

Accounts Payable (AP):

Review AP transactions submitted by the property manager.

Ensure accurate coding of AP transactions and verify expenses to budget.

Process tenant billbacks.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

Record and reconcile deposits received.

Research tenant discrepancies and past-due amounts with assistance from Property Managers.

Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports.

Collaborate with property managers to address any discrepancies in AP and AR.

Certificates of Insurance (COI):

Assist Property Managers with obtaining and tracking compliant COIs from tenants and vendors.Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience with a unique blend of Lease Administration, Property Management, and Accounting background is highly preferred.

Proven experience in lease administration.

Proficiency in using Yardi software a plus.

Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.About Us:
