This position will process all bills (AP) and invoices (AR). General knowledge of accounting, as well as an understanding of the general ledger accounts, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Match invoices to receiving documents, ensuring all appropriate back-up has been obtained;

• Post and process invoices – both AR and AP;

• Research vendor and customer statements, phone inquiries or payment discrepancies;

• Organize and maintain files for paid and unpaid invoices and statements;

• Perform accounts analysis and make adjustments to accounts, as necessary.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college;

• Highly skilled with Quickbooks and MS Office software;

• Strong mathematical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;

• Anticipate and resolve issues/problems on a proactive basis;

• Aptitude to be detail-oriented and process work in a timely manner;

• Possess excellent collaborative skills to work in partnership with the departments;

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and on-time commitment.

30-ish hours week (NOT a remote position)

$25/hour (pay commensurate with experience)
