YOUR DAY AS A PLANT TEAM MEMBER - CONCRETE LABORER

As a Plant Team Member - Concrete Laborer, you'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 6 AM and 3 PM. Overtime hours are available as well.

Picture yourself at the heart of our production team, setting up and cleaning steel pallets for concrete molds, cutting and placing welded wire mesh, and preparing forms for concrete. Your day includes assembling forms and molds, performing general facility maintenance, and ensuring equipment is in top condition. Your dedication contributes to the production of high-quality concrete products that build our communities!

QUALIFICATIONS

18+ years old

Some relative experience

Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand, walk, climb, squat, crouch, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach

Ability to exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operation

Willingness to learn and be trained

Self-motivated, safety-minded, flexible, and works well with a team

Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures is preferred.
