Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin, OH for an administrative assistant/bookkeeper/office HR.
The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support duties, including but not limited to bookkeeping, HR tasks, data entry, customer service, and receptionist duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
MUST HAVE. Prior experience in administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and HR procedures
MUST HAVE. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks,
MUST HAVE. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
MUST HAVE. Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, work independently or as part of a team
MUST HAVE. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
