PURPOSE :

Ensure the efficient and productive environment in the factory along with full satisfaction to the buyer in terms of product quality and delivery time.

M.Tech in Industrial Engineering candidates are preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

and make the sewing line plan for each floor

the Bottle neck analysis for all the styles according to the plan

the work place re-engineering & Work place design for the sewing operations

and implementing the folders and work aids for better productivity

allocations and manning for new style

the OB and do the addition and deletion of the operations and work stations

and execute the quick change over in the factory - Less changeover time &less line set time

the effective Line balancing by assisting PM and Supervisors for better productivity

the Capacity study and Motion study for the low output operators

Method Improvements for all the critical operations

the monthly Manpower planning based on the monthly plan

the monthly Machinery Planning based on the monthly plan

the Production hour by hour

control across the sections based on the running capacities

and record the production Recording Down time for all the sewing lines

standardization for each operations involved

S Improvement plan based on the 5S auditing score.

the operator skill evaluation for Grading and upgrading

and Update the operators skill matrix at regular intervals

the Skill gaps and develop the multiskill operators to fulfill the gap

the Line meeting to make the understanding on efficienct, defect, cost

and send daily linewise efficiency report

and send the daily plan vs actual production report to all

adherence to the OB

the Monthly factory presentation on efficiency. MMR, production, cost
