This position will be responsible for B2B direct sales (SDR) activity and affiliate sales channel activations. Your primary focus will be introducing our tech-enabled recruiting services to smaller employers (10-500 employees) in the US. With our rapid expansion into new markets, this role offers a clear pathway to advance into sales management or even a Regional Director position.

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Bonus Structure, First-year On-Target Earnings (OTW): $80,000.00

Employment Type: Full-Time

Engagement Expertise: You should have a proven track record for new client engagement, preferably within the staffing industry

Transferable Industry Knowledge: Small Business SaaS, Recruiting Process Outsources (RPO), Staffing, Programmatic Advertising, SMB Digital Advertising, Job Advertising, Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), Job Board

Client Experience: Smaller Employers (10 to 500 employees)

Region: United States & Canada

Business Acumen: Understanding the hiring challenges from a business owner's perspective is essential
