Role: SAP FICO with Ariba, P2P & Sub-ledger experience Senior Consultant

Duration: 12 Months

Location: San Jose, CA

Client: Palo Alto Networks

Working knowledge of invoicing through ARIBA, Concur is highly preferred

Job Description:

Analyze and Document Business Requirements, AS-IS Processes, system design, and transaction flow across multiple platforms.

Prepare project-related documentation GAP analysis, blueprints, and functional specifications, for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms during different stages of a project.

Guide the business in utilizing SAP functionality to the best extent possible, and involves review of business processes and system challenges.

Ability to reconcile data among different systems and identify process gaps and help resolve them

Requirements:

Experience in working with SAP AP, GL, and procurement modules

Worked on third-party integrations for procurement-related systems.

Hands-on experience in invoice processing and tax integrations with third-party systems like Sabrix and one source

Good Understanding of ERP system environment and how these work in alignment with business processes.

Good knowledge and experience in working with BI.

Good Understanding of Finance and Accounting Processes and their integration with other business functions.

Ability to lead and take ownership of the work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Working knowledge of invoicing through ARIBA, Concur is highly preferred

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor in Finance and Accounting or Information Systems with a focus of Business Analysis

Demonstrates strong command of the English language both written and verbal

Excellent people skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

Ability to work independently once coached through the process.
