Position Title: Estate Planning Specialist

Locations: Candidates can sit in: Camas, WA, Plano, TX, or Tampa, FL

Reporting to: Estate Planning Team Leader

Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (DOE)

Are you a legal professional with a passion for estate planning? LHH is seeking an experienced individual to join our client's team. As an Estate Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping our client's high-net-worth clients understand and optimize their estate plans. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your legal expertise in a client-facing role without the pressures of billable hours.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with high-net-worth clients to collect estate and trust documentation and pertinent planning information.

Liaise with the Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers to ensure comprehensive estate planning strategies.

Review and analyze various legal documents including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills to identify opportunities for enhancing clients' estate plans.

Educate clients and internal stakeholders on estate planning concepts, strategies, and implications.

Conduct daily calls with clients and internal partners to address inquiries and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the trust/estate planning field.

Proficiency in handling complex estates and trusts.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust quickly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
