Currently, it has internal vacancy for the role of Logistics Excellence Specialist., Quality Controller and SHEQ Manager, we are looking for passionate, capable and competent candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus.

Position 1: Logistics Excellence Specialist Skills, Experience & Education: First Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

The position is structured to report to the Logistics Excellence Manager and the incumbent is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of world class logistics ways and other change management initiatives, as well as to provide support to operational teams through the identification, development, coordination and/or implementation of improvement initiatives in support of the Business Strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Leads the Supply Chain Ways Change Management Process Drives Loss and Waste Analysis Drives adherence to Divisional Standards Facilitates key Leader Training Programs Coaching and Mentoring Location : Sebeta, Addis Ababa Position 2: Quality Controller Skills, Experience & Education: First Degree in Environmental Science with at least 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

The incumbent will report directly to the respective Production team leader and will be responsible to monitor the quality control environment and conduct tests and analysis to control and ensure compliance to quality requirements of products, processes and packaging across the Supply Chain.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Monitor and Analyze Package Quality 2.Monitor and Analyze Process and Product Quality 3.Ensure compliance with Business Systems (including SC Ways, Internal Quality and Food Safety systems as well as Coca-Cola requirements) 4.Maintain Safety, Health and Environmental Standards 5.Support the establishment of continuous improvement programs for Quality Process Capability Location : Bahir Dar Position 3: SHEQ Manager Skills, Experience & Education: B.Sc.

Degree in Chemistry/Bio Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Chemistry with at least 5 years of quality control experience of which 3 years in Supervisory or Managerial capacity in beverage industry.

The incumbent will report directly to the respective Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible to manage the total SHEQ function in the respective plant in order to ensure full compliance with all local, BP and KO requirements related to quality, health, safety and the environment.
