Job Description:

Occupational Therapist

Itinerant (wherever patient wants to meet)

Primarily early intervention

Community-based

PT or FT

Hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., M-F

Potential PERM (year-round)

Could see up to six patients in a day

1:1 Physical Therapist

Itinerant (wherever patient wants to meet)

Primarily early intervention

Hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., M-F

Required or Non-negotiables:State OT/ PT license; Experience with school IEPs preferred
