Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage costing, invoicing, and reconciliations of job and inventory items within the hospitality division.

Review agreements and purchase orders to ensure compliance with business terms.

Coordinate with UK offices, US warehouse, and customers to monitor production and delivery schedules.

Input data accurately, upload invoices into the system, and maintain precise records of customer payments.

Generate monthly billing projections for hospitality orders for management evaluation and maintain monthly customer accounts.

Collaborate with the production department to validate the accuracy of purchase orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant job experience.

Proficient in Excel.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably AS400.

Strong communication abilities.

Excellent organizational skills.

Detail-oriented approach.

Ability to extensively follow up on tasks.

Work with a sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

Prior accounting experience.

Proficient in Excel and strong communication skills.

Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
