Accounting Assistant

Essential Responsibilities

• Automotive accounting experience preferred but will train the right individual

• Proficient in Excel, general knowledge of computer functions

• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Responsible for daily bank deposit, reconciling cash clearing accounts to the general ledger

• Able to work with a team as well as self-sufficient

• Provide administrative support to management and sales department as needed.

• Process manufacturer rebates

• Any other accounting duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment;

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
