Job Title: Business Readiness Deployment Analyst

Time Period: November 2023 – June 2025

Location: Hybrid, with occasional site visits to Columbus, OH

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Pay Rate: $60/hour

Scope of Services:

In the role of Business Readiness Deployment Analyst, your responsibilities encompass the meticulous coordination of transformation project work deployment. This involves conducting thorough research to secure appropriate spaces, both within the company and external facilities, for project activities. You will be pivotal in crafting comprehensive deployment and training schedules, detailing locations, dates, times, and participants. Your collaborative efforts extend to interfacing with scheduling and dispatch centers, ensuring the accurate coordination of employees for training sessions. Additionally, you will work closely with Lead Training Coordinators to integrate schedules into the Company learning system, facilitating seamless alignment. As changes arise in business requirements, you will liaise with field leaders, scheduling and dispatch, and steady-state training to adjust established schedules accordingly. Monitoring deployment plans for accuracy and timeline adherence, you will proactively identify and communicate risks to deployment and program leadership, ensuring the smooth progression of the transformation project.

Role, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Completed research and reservation of space at company or external facilities for transformation project work deployment

Creation of deployment/training schedules for transformation project work that will include locations, dates, times and training attendees

Collaborate and interface with scheduling and dispatch centers to ensure employees are properly scheduled to attend training/sessions

Collaborate and interface with Lead Training Coordinators to ensure scheduled offerings are set up in the Company learning system matching created schedules

Collaborate and interface with field leaders, scheduling and dispatch, and steady state training for movement and adjustments of established schedules based on business requirement changes

Monitoring deployment plans for accuracy and timeline progression

Raise risks to deployment and program leadership as necessary

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in role with:

Experience creating deployment and training schedules

Strong organizational skills

Communication and planning skills

Strong facilitation and collaboration skills

Flexibility to work with multiple business functions/capabilities
