Qualifications:
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant BCDR experience (Business Continuity certifications, e.g., CBCI, CBCP, CBCM etc. are highly desirable)
• Solid knowledge of industry best practices for IT Disaster Recovery planning and ISO Standards with regards to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery such as ISO 27001,22301,19011,22316.
• Knowledge and understanding of current Disaster Recovery planning techniques and technologies.
• PMP and ITIL preferred.
• Experienced in ServiceNow platform such ITOM, ITSM and Business Continuity Module.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of internal /external business partners within scope of responsibility.
• Strong work ethic and strong analytical, quantitative, and creative problem -solving abilities, able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, owning deliverable end to end.
Responsibilities:
Manager, IT Infrastructure- Disaster Recovery Program will oversee the entire Disaster Recovery (DR) program. He/she will work closely with all the groups in IT, Security, business unit and Service Providers to perform and/or support the disaster recovery processes. The Disaster Recovery manager will manage the enterprise disaster recovery exercises and validation efforts leveraging technical experts and business stakeholders. He/she will be responsible in establishing and maintaining the overall plans for executing the DR procedures and understanding their interdependencies.
Professionally develops self and staff by seeking out educational opportunities/knowledge transfer; keeping abreast of professional standards and publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
• Maintain executable disaster recovery run books for core business technologies. Review and approve all Application Restoration Procedures.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis to determine critical operations and systems are core to the business operations in event of disruption.
• Manage the contracts with required Disaster Recovery site and required service level agreements to measure performance.
• Develop and deploy training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization.
• The Disaster Recovery manager manages the subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Manages the critical deliverables and Service Level Agreement data points for 3rd party vendors and Managed Service Providers and provide require support n meeting the deliverables.
• Manages the creation of program status communication to internal management and external stakeholders regarding the status of the DR program including annual reporting, audit reports responses and customer requests.
• Work closely with the Governance and Supply Chain to resolve Service Provider related issues and to help ensure accurate reporting related to Service Provider performance.
• Gather infrastructure services data on spending patterns for analysis and reporting.
• Provide information on spending for company cost allocation and metric reporting.
• Review monthly/annual forecast of expenses for the IT Budget and analyzes and report variances to budget.
• Assist in ensuring the Service Providers are adhering to client’s defined standards.
• Work closely with the Disaster Recovery Modernization project to implement workstreams and mature the Disaster Recovery program.

• Communicates with IT leadership and senior business leadership to review infrastructure strategy and technical roadmap.
• Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning.
• Effectively communicates with Service Providers, sub-contractors, providing guidance and direction to ensure timelines and deliverables meet or exceed business partner needs.
• Demonstrates improvements in process and technologies working closely with Enterprise Architecture to evaluate and recommend new infrastructure technologies. Deploys best practices and industry standards.
• Develops overall program strategy to ensure proper sequencing and integration of large/complex DR initiatives within the portfolio and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business.
• Quantifies impacts of risks and issues to scope, schedule, budget and prioritizing and driving resolution
• Needs to be able to navigate and manage new challenges in both culture and identify and develop the necessary skills and competencies as the organization matures.
• Partners with key service providers to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence across the DR footprint
• Financial forecasting and management of infrastructure costs associated with new investments, labor, and maintenance activities
