The Warehouse Coordinator will be in charge of the administrative duties for the maintenance of the Granules Consumer Health packaging facility by ensuring that: the building is safe and free of hazards, equipment and devices operate properly, guidelines for health and safety regulations are enforced, all paperwork is documented correctly and accurately (such as logbooks, shipping labels, stickers, inventory lists, and SOPs), follows all compliancy protocols and procedures, identify areas or equipment in need of repair or renovation, work with external vendors (such as pest control and/or contractors), track all incoming and outgoing shipments, monitor activities inside, outside, and around the building, fix minor office equipment items, and oversee/design a schedule for daily services (such as uniform pick up and drop offs, cleanliness inspections, and alarm tests). To be successful in this role, the individual must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple issues, as well as have good knowledge of basic office equipment and programs (such as Microsoft Word and Excel). In short, this person will help the employees, customers, and guests get the most out of the facility and keep the area clean, safe, and functional.

Responsible include but not limited to:

Processes paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments.

Perform inspection of incoming and outgoing materials.

Receipt of materials in SAP system.

Receive and order materials, tools, CINTAS uniform items, etc.

Follow Good Documentation Practices and record all shipping items in respective logbooks.

Follow FDA, GMP, QA, and other compliance regulations.

Maintain and return inventory history card-based material disposition status.

Performing inventories in warehouse.Requirements:

Minimum Knowledge & Skills

Microsoft Office, PO software, and general administrative experience required

At least two years of similar experience in maintenance and building trades knowledge

Must be organized, have legible handwriting, and good communication skills.

Minimum Experience & Education

High School Diploma or Associate Degree.

1-2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/food industry.

Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

cGMP environment: 2 years (Preferred)

FDA and OSHA regulations: 2 years (Preferred)
