Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care for patients.

Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans.

Assist patients and families in understanding the care plans and treatment processes.

Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs promptly and effectively

Adhere to agency and hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid RN or LPN license in Virginia.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing

Minimum 1 years of nursing experience preferred.

Current BLS, ACLS, and any other relevant certifications.

Current negative TB test or chest x-ray result

Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Applicants with the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays preferred
