Business Development Executive - Financial Planning

Location: Palakkad, Kerala

Industry: Financial Services

Salary: INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the BFSI industry

Education: Any Degree

Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads and actively enroll new clients into our financial planning services.

Establish tie-ups with organizations and associations to conduct educative webinars, seminars, and other lead generation activities.

Coordinate and conduct various lead generation activities to expand the client base.

Ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to existing clients.

Collaborate with financial planners and operations team to provide prompt service and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate client records, including updates and reports in CRM and other relevant systems.

Work closely with financial planners to secure service renewals from existing clients and enhance client retention.

Stay updated with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials to support business development efforts.

Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or financial planning roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and stakeholders.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.

Knowledge of financial products and services, including investment options, insurance, and retirement planning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management and reporting.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
