We have a multidisciplinary service portfolio catering to 19 clients across 3 continents including market leaders in the Telecom, Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, Food, and Real Estate industries.

Position: Relationship Manager

Employment Type: Full Time - Onsite

Responsibilities:

Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.

Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.

Act as Team Lead of a multifunctional team.

Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage.

Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.

Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.

Offer emotional support to team members and make people feel valued.

Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress.

Establish and track personnel performance metrics. Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.

Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team.

All other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in team & people management.

Must have experience working on and managing projects for International clients.

Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customers.

Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
