Instructor

The Instructor is responsible in delivering various courses offered by CTSI. Applicants for this role must have the following qualifications:

-holder of Certificate of Competency (COC) as Management Level Engineer Officer;

-with at least one (1) year seagoing service as Management Level

-Engineer Officer or on a Liquefied Gas Tanker or on board a ship subject to the IGF Code;

-holder of valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Advanced Training for Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo Operations;

-attended trainings on Basic and Advanced Training on Ships Subject to the IGF Code; and must have a Certificate of Completion in Training Course for Instructors (IMO Model Course 6.09).

-holder of Certificate of Competency (COC) as Officer-In-Charge of Engineering Watch;

-with at least two (2) years seagoing service as Officer-In-Charge of Engineering Watch onboard a Liquefied Gas Tanker or on ship subject to the IGF Code;

- holder of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Advanced Training for Ships Subject to the IGF Code;

- attended trainings on Basic and Advanced Training on Ships Subject to the IGF Code; and holder Certificate of Completion in Training Course for Instructors (IMO Model Course 6.09)
