Senior PHP developer-Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager - Senior PHP developer Lead to join our dynamic team. In the role, you will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing the development of software systems, ensuring their scalability, maintainability, and performance. Your role will involve making high-level design decisions, defining technical standards, and managing the entire software development lifecycle. You will play a crucial part in project management, resource allocation, and ensuring the timely delivery of applications. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, mentorship to junior developers, and actively contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities: -

*Design and Maintain software system architecture, make high-level design decisions, and define technical standards.

*Manage projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely application delivery.

*Define product vision, gather requirements, and oversee the software development lifecycle.

*Provide technical guidance, mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Technical Skills Required:

*Proficiency in PHP Frameworks (CodeIgniter), jQuery, HTML/CSS (Bootstrap).

*Strong expertise in MySQL, MySQL Workbench, GIT/CICD, and API/payment integrations.

Preferred: UBUNTU server, Drupal knowledge

Qualifications:

*Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

*Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in lead roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
