Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or master’s degree a plus.

• 7+ years' experience in a professional services office environment or accounting organization.

• Critical thinking, a high EQ with impeccable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Professional qualification in CA is mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong executive presence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.

• Coordinating with the Accounting team related to firm compliance, payroll, and matters like PF, PT, GST, TDS, etc

• Managing the month-end closing process, financial statement generation, and work paper documentation and analysis.

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, accrual accounting, and revenue recognition.

• Overseeing budget preparation and forecasting, conducting financial analysis, and reconciling bank statements.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial goals.

• Collaborating with the leadership team on cash flow management, accounts payable etc.

• Working knowledge with U.S. teams and bridging the two worlds will be an added advantage.

• Conducting research and analysis of financial discrepancies.

• Preparing budgets and forecasting reports, reconciling bank statements, and providing payroll inputs to HR.

• Undertaking additional assignments and ability to work on tight deadlines.

• Maintain the financial health of the organization.

• Being flexible to work from office.
