Job Description

We are a Recruiting Agency in the Moving Industry that's trusted by some of the TOP moving and storage companies all over the United States and we have 100% Direct Hire positions available to start ASAP.

MoveUp Consulting is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to join our team in Providence, RI!

Compensation & Benefits/Perks:

Base $45,000-50,000 per year (with potential to make $65k or more including bonuses)

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Reliable vehicle

At least 2 years in Team Management

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a field operations setting.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the field operations industry.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.

Duties & Responsibilities of Role:

High energy & Morning huddles

Customer payments

Time tracking

Claim handling

Truck checklist

ETA calls

Close out jobs in CRM

Final review request

Get crew pumped and ready to start the day

Ensure crew and trucks have everything needed for the day

Lead and supervise field teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Coordinate and schedule field activities, including personnel assignments, equipment deployment, and project timelines.

Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among field personnel.

8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday
