Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Manager

This position is responsible for the oversight and coordination of ESG, Waste Water, and PSM programs at the company operational level. The individual will provide sustainability and environmental expertise to the field locations while further developing processes to comply with State, Federal, Local and company requirements. This position will report to the Company Director of EH&S.
Responsible for ESG, PSM, wastewater and sustainability programs at all field locations
Create field programs related to sustainability and environmental requirements
Coordinate field sustainability and environmental programs including: environmental permitting, regulatory reporting, etc.
Direct field teams in the implementation of applicable sustainability programs
Manage and direct field industrial hygiene services
Oversee internal and external sustainability and environmental audit processes to ensure ongoing compliance with federal regulations at all facilities
Implement systems, hazard control programs and tools to proactively analyze operations for potential risk and prioritize improvement efforts
Design and implement a comprehensive ESG Management process for the organization
Participate and support company representatives when dealing with, customers, trade organizations or government agencies on environmental or ESG related matters
Assist in incident investigations with Plant leadership when requested

Technical Qualifications:
Bachelorâ s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management or in a related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment, (experience in a multi-plant environment desirable)
Key areas of experience: program development, PSM, ESG, Wastewater training development and delivery, audits
Ability to travel 50%
