Field Service Support Engineer (NCR Region or South Luzon)

The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Independently performs preventive maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operation of instruments, completes the installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting according to the manufacturer’s service manual

Implements, maintains and updates customer product information including Service and Quality Notification promptly. Updates the maintenance data timely and accurately according to the requirements of service SOP.

Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service to customers, and handle customer’s complaint

Responsible for ordering, liquidation and return of spare part, monitoring and updating calibration of their individual tools

Collaborate with Customer Service Applications to devise alternative solutions for product quality issues. Additionally, you will excel in liaising with third-party suppliers and service providers to address technical challenges, including those related to UPS and water system management

Comprehensive understanding of related service SOP and strictly implements them

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in IVD service engineering role

Proficiently uses tools such as Rexis, PIM, RDK and improve the service skills by continuous learning

Bachelor Degree in any engineering discipline

Multinational company experience is preferred

Proficient in both English and Filipino (written & spoken)

Willing to cover NCR region or South Luzon
