Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at our Lahore office. The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts, debugging issues, and testing software products. The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will also develop and execute manual tests and test cases as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation.

Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

Experience working directly with international clients.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with fintech or trading platforms and financial instruments.

Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Test Automation:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure the effective integration of automated testing into the overall development process.

QA Processes:

Implement and improve QA processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing lifecycle.

Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of quality standards across projects.

International Client Collaboration:

Work closely with international clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

Provide timely and accurate updates on project status and address client queries and concerns.

Test Planning and Execution:

Participate in test planning activities, including the identification of test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

Execute test cases, report defects, and track issues to resolution.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure a unified approach to quality assurance.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
