Job Description: As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Supporting clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

Administering medications as per the care plan.

Monitoring and recording vital signs.

Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Successful completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.

Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Previous experience as a Home Health Aide is preferred.

Compassionate and caring attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
