1. Make recruitment plans based on existing staffing and business development needs, formulate recruitment plans, and respond in a timely manner to complete recruitment goals;
2. Responsible for the recruitment implementation of the group’s functional system positions and the management of the recruitment process;
3. Support the team in completing core talent strategic reserves, industry analysis and research, and developing and continuously optimizing various recruitment channels;
4. Participate in establishing and improving the company's recruitment process and system projects to improve the effectiveness of recruitment implementation.
Qualifications:
1. More than 4 years of relevant work experience in social recruitment, strong recruitment ability, and able to quickly solve recruitment pain points;
2. Love recruitment work and be able to empower business;
3. Applicants with Internet and headhunting recruitment experience will be preferred, and those with entertainment company recruitment experience will be preferred.
Basic Salary: 40-50K.
