Rights Contracts Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the legal team in interpreting contracts relating to intellectual property (music, photographs, footage, etc.) and talent agreements.

Manage contract and document review processes.

Assist with collecting, reviewing, and processing legal contract deliverables, including securing missing deliverables and entering them into the Rights Database.

Support data entry and quality control for content into the Rights Database.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous media experience, preferably working for a network broadcast company

Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
