Job Description:We are seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies to potential clients. Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and objectives.

- Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and help them select the right policies to meet their needs.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with clients as needed.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.

- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
