Senior RPA Developer

Job Description

Anika Systems Incorporated is looking for a passionate and talented Senior RPA Developer to join our expanding Federal team. We are a fast-growing woman-owned small business providing innovative IT solutions for federal government agencies. This work will be 100% remote.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience

Experience developing with RPA tools utilizing UiPath or Blue Prism (UiPath Preferred)

Engineering experience using VBScript, .Net, Python or Java

Knowledge of OOPS principles

Understanding of UiPath RE Framework, Queues and Queue based Job triggering, triggering from email and being able to process records in email attachments

Ability to collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues

Ability to develop and configure the robotics process per the functional specification

Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance
