Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review customer applications and making recommendations based upon your knowledge of product offering
Apply product knowledge to troubleshoot application issues and helping to address quality issues when they arise
Cross referencing competitive part numbers and solutions
Be a technical advisor to customers, outside sales representatives and distributors
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain industry handling swinghandles, cam locks or hinges
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree preferably in a technical or engineering discipline
5 years of experience in Sales or Technical support
Experience working within MS Dynamics and SalesForce is a plus
MS Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
Familiarity with Quality Systems, engineering documents and understanding of strengths, and potential points of failure
