Qualification and Skills Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.

3 5 years experience as marketing director.

Marketing experience in the telecommunication sector is a bonus.

Excellent leadership and organizing skills.

Excellent excel and presentation skills a must.

Deliver results within a defined time frame and strong sense of ownership.

Passionate about new ideas, solving problems, and delivering results.

Well-presented and neat.

Proactive and pay attention to detail.

Must have the ability to work well under pressure.

Must have a valid drivers licence.

Duties and responsibilities

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors offerings.

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities.

Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.

Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.

Plan and execute campaigns for promotion, launching of new product lines etc.

Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements.

Monitor progress and submit performance reports.

Monitor project status and budget.

Stay informed about changing advertising trends.

Development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, and other departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers.
