Job Description
Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a local non-profit who is need of Helpdesk / Customer Service candidates. Position is fully on site in Rockville, MD. Interested candidates should apply for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls
Answer questions and provide guidance to callers
Assist callers with any account issues.
Data entry
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication
Strong keyboarding skills
Ability to multi-task among multiple platforms / software
High School diploma / GED required
Experience with outbound calls
Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
