What You’ll Do:
The Business Intelligence Lead role manages, aligns and brings order to the data / reporting / analytic requirements against the business priorities, while coordinating the development of these requirements with the IM Data Analytics team and overseeing the implementation of solutions. Your solution-led, can-do approach will be empowered to add value from day one and affect changes that will impact the entire team!
Essential Duties:
Coordinate all work related to Qlik dashboards and Qlik systems including, but not limited to:
Maintaining and enhancing all existing dashboards
Gathering and documenting requirements from users and developing new dashboards
Working with executives and key users to capture KPI definitions and maintain goals, data mappings, and all other dashboard inputs
Managing application and server upgrades, including creation and execution of upgrade project plans
Introduction and sponsorship of new technical offerings related to Qlik
Coordination of Qlik activities with SAP BW system and team members
Providing regular updates on project status, system health, and escalation of critical issues to appropriate parties
On a day-to-day basis, manage work assignments for 2.5 Qlik resources, including:
Prioritization of work assignments to make best use of resources and balance
Clarification of logic with business owners
Coordination of work with IT teams such as security, infrastructure, servers and database administrators
Validation of dashboard changes including data analysis, testing of functionality and security, and coordinating end-user testing

Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, economics, or a related field
7-10 years of experience with dashboards, reports, data extractors, etc.
Experience working with Qlik extensions and web connectors; SAP connector experience and QlikView exposure a plus.
3 Years of Leadership Experience
Experience with SAP BW or other SAP BI tools a plus.
Experience in a Utilities industry environment is a plus.
Strong technical problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with a team or individually.
Capability to adapt to changing environment.
Ability to learn new systems / tools as required
