The mission of OBM is to provide policy analysis, fiscal research, and financial management services to the Governor and state agencies, helping to ensure the proper and responsible use of state resources.

OBM is seeking two Senior Business Transformation Analysts with Peoplesoft or Structured Query Language (SQL) experience to join the Requirements and Configuration Management (RACM) Team. This team performs the functional work to the following modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Commitment Control, Travel & Expense, Billing, eSettlements, and eSupplier. The RACM team researchs production support issues to find the root cause, provide solutions, write functional design documents, and perform test validation.

What You'll Do:

Ideal candidates will be well versed in Structured Query Language (SQL) and have familiarity or experience with Peoplesoft technologies (SQL, reporting tools, testing, PeopleSoft configuration, PeopleSoft Image Upgrades, and migration/release management). The Senior Business Transformation Analysts will be responsible for:

· Providing functional support to the PeopleSoft Financials Functional team with a strong knowledge base in at least one of the financial modules.

· Providing technical guidance to business owners, including all areas related to the modification, enhancement & management of assigned module in our proprietary system: Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) Financials.

· All phases of project management for aspects related to the assigned module.

· Developing and maintaining business and vendor relationships of varying audiences (technical and non-technical).

· Creating new solutions to customize the application for improved system processes.

· Engaging with customers to gather project requirements that facilitate design and integration.

· Writing configuration documents, including understanding configuration changes and impacts.

· Mapping and validating data.

· Write SQL update statements to resolve issues and perform tests.

· Conduct testing (System Acceptance Testing (SAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).

· Performing root cause analysis for help desk cases related to system problems or transactional issues.
