Active state bar license and limited recognition or registration to practice in patent matters before USPTO, plus 2 years’ experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, telecommunications, video coding, and semiconductors; providing legal opinions on patentability, inventorship, and invalidity; and preparing ex parte appeals at the USPTO. Must pass background check. Telecommuting permitted 3 days per week.
