As a Generative AI Engineer, Candidate will play a crucial role in fine-tuning generative AI models, designing AI agents, and experimenting with innovative techniques for recommender systems. Candidate expertise will contribute to building and maintaining robust inference pipelines, managing deployment and model versioning pipelines, and establishing tooling for continuous model validation in production environments.

Responsibilities · Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models for various applications, ensuring their high performance and efficiency.

Design and develop AI agents that can interact intelligently with users, enhancing the user experience.

Experiment with novel techniques to enhance the effectiveness of recommender systems, contributing to the evolution of personalized recommendations.

Construct and manage inference pipelines that facilitate the seamless deployment of AI models across different platforms.

Oversee deployment and versioning pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable model updates and rollbacks.

Develop tools and frameworks to validate the performance of models in production on an ongoing basis, ensuring they meet established standards.

Apply strong software engineering design principles to the development of AI solutions, focusing on maintainability, scalability, and code quality.

Leverage Candidate experience with transformer models and text embeddings to improve the capabilities of our AI systems.

Deploy and manage machine learning models in production settings, optimizing their efficiency and reliability.

Utilize Candidate familiarity with common NLP libraries (such as PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, and SpaCy) to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
