Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying machine learning solutions.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges across various domains.
Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performance metrics such as accuracy, precision.
Deploy machine learning models into production environments and integrate them into existing systems or applications.
Monitor model performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure model accuracy and reliability over time.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools, and recommend adoption of new technologies where applicable.
Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to build scalable and robust data pipelines and infrastructure for machine learning workflows.
Document code, methodologies, and findings, and communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
